FemtoTera Workshop
September 29 (Thursday) – 30 (Friday), 2016
Óbuda University
Budapest, Hungary
Welcome to the FemtoTera Workshop web site!
The International Workshop of FemtoTera will be hosted in Budapest, Hungary. This workshop is the closing event of the Concert-Japan project entitled as Plasmon-enhanced Tera-Hertz emission by Femtosecond laser pulses of nanostructured semiconductor/metal surfaces. The project and also the workshop are dealing with droplet epitaxially grown III-V based nano structures for generation of plasmon enhanced THz radiation.
Budapest is one of the most beautiful locations in the world. The metropolis with a population of two million is bisected by the mighty flow of the Danube with hills and valleys on the Buda side and the flat, low-lying Pest on the other. The riverside panorama has been declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO. Anybody who has ever seen it illuminated by night can understand why.
The date of the workshop is September 29 – 30, 2016 and the venue is Óbuda University, Budapest, Hungary (http://femtotera.uni-obuda.hu).
We kindly invite you to join us at FemtoTera Workshop in Budapest!
